1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the One Wise Link platform (“OWL,””the Platform,””we,””us,” or “our”), you (“Member,””User,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register or use the Platform.

One Wise Link is owned and operated as a DBA (doing business as) by its owner, with principal operations in Texas. References to “One Wise Link,””OWL,” or “the Company” refer to this business entity.

 

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a member.
  • You must be legally permitted to participate in referral-based compensation programs under the laws of your country, state, or jurisdiction.
  • Residents of certain jurisdictions where referral or affiliate compensation programs are restricted or prohibited may not be eligible. It is your responsibility to determine whether participation is legal in your location.
  • By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

 

3. Membership Tiers

3.1 Free Membership

Free membership is available at no cost and provides limited access to Platform features as described on the site. Free members receive a referral link and are eligible to earn referral commissions as described in Section 4, subject to the Free member hold and forfeiture terms in Section 4.2.

3.2 Pro Membership

Pro membership requires payment of a one-time join fee plus the first month’s subscription fee (currently $45 total on day one), followed by a recurring monthly subscription (currently $15/month). Pro membership activates full platform access and referral commission eligibility as described in Section 4. Payment is processed through our designated third-party payment processor.

3.3 Director Upgrade

Director status is a one-time upgrade (currently $75) available to active Pro members. Director benefits are contingent on maintaining an active Pro subscription. If Pro lapses, Director status is suspended and restored automatically upon Pro reactivation. A reclaim fee applies if rejoining after the grace period.

3.4 Changes to Pricing

One Wise Link reserves the right to modify membership pricing at any time. Existing members will not have their current subscription rate increased without 30 days written notice. New pricing applies to new subscriptions and renewals after the effective date.

 

4. Compensation Plan

4.1 Current Referral Commission Structure

One Wise Link currently operates a single-level referral compensation structure. Members earn commissions directly and only on the people they personally refer to the Platform, as described below. This structure does not include earnings based on recruiting depth, team-building, or the activity of anyone beyond the members you personally referred.

4.2 Fast Start Bonus

A fast start bonus of $25 is paid to the direct referrer when a personally referred member completes a paid Pro membership purchase. For Free members who earn a fast start bonus: funds are held for 30 days pending upgrade to Pro. If the Free member does not upgrade within 30 days, the commission is forfeited.

4.3 Monthly Referral Commission

Pro and Director members earn 65% of the monthly Pro subscription fee paid by each person they personally referred, for as long as that referral remains an active, paying Pro member. This commission applies beginning the referral’s second month of Pro membership. For Free members: this commission is subject to the same 30-day hold and forfeiture terms described in Section 4.2.

4.4 Director Upgrade Bonus

A one-time bonus of $18.75 is paid to the direct referrer when a personally referred member upgrades their own account to Director status. This bonus is subject to the same 30-day hold and forfeiture terms described in Section 4.2 for Free member sponsors.

4.5 Earnings Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Earnings from participation in One Wise Link are not guaranteed. Results depend entirely on individual effort, activity, time invested, skill, and market conditions. Any figures presented on the Platform illustrate potential outcomes based on personal referral activity only and do not represent typical, average, or guaranteed earnings. Most members earn significantly less than any illustrative figures shown. A full Income Disclosure Statement is published on the site and updated as earnings data becomes available. Do not join OWL primarily for income expectations.

4.6 Withdrawals

A minimum balance of $20 is required before a withdrawal request can be submitted. One Wise Link reserves the right to delay or withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or disputed transactions.

 

5. Cancellation and Grace Period

Pro members may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the member enters a 14-day grace period during which their account is shown as inactive and does not accrue new referral commissions. Reactivating Pro membership within the grace period fully restores standing, including any Director status held before cancellation. If Pro membership is not reactivated within 14 days, the account reverts to Free membership. A Director reclaim fee applies if Director status is restored after the grace period expires.

 

6. Referral and Sponsorship Policy

  • Sponsor assignment is locked at the time of registration via referral cookie and cannot be changed after registration.
  • Orphan referrals (members who join without clicking a sponsor link) are assigned according to the orphan referral rotation policy described in the compensation plan.
  • Members may not engage in false, misleading, or deceptive recruiting practices.
  • Members may not make income claims that are not supported by verifiable data.
  • Spam, unsolicited email, or automated recruiting tools that violate applicable law are strictly prohibited.

 

7. Advertising and Solo Ads

Members may submit ads and solo ads subject to admin approval. All submitted content must be truthful, non-deceptive, and in compliance with FTC guidelines. Members are solely responsible for the content of ads they submit. One Wise Link reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any ad without notice.

Members may not promote their OWL referral link or any OWL-related content using automated advertising methods including but not limited to solo ad services, safelists, traffic exchanges, automated email blasters, or any bulk unsolicited distribution method. Promotion must be done personally and in compliance with all applicable laws and platform terms of service.

Members who submit reviews that include affiliate links must ensure those reviews comply with FTC endorsement guidelines, including clear disclosure of the affiliate relationship. A disclosure notice is automatically appended to member reviews by the Platform.

 

8. Prohibited Conduct

Members agree not to:

  • Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated income claims on behalf of OWL.
  • Recruit using spam, deceptive advertising, or false promises.
  • Use the Platform to distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the Platform or its proprietary systems.
  • Use another member’s credentials or impersonate another member.
  • Engage in any activity that manipulates credits, referral tracking, or the commission system.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation in connection with Platform use.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the One Wise Link Platform, including but not limited to training materials, course content, software, graphics, logos, and system design, is the property of One Wise Link and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without express written permission.

Member-submitted content (ads, reviews, posts) remains the property of the member, but by submitting content to the Platform, members grant One Wise Link a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content in connection with Platform operations.

 

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ONE WISE LINK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT EARNINGS WILL RESULT FROM PARTICIPATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ONE WISE LINK’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ONE WISE LINK IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

ONE WISE LINK IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

 

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Wise Link, its owner, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

 

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith informal negotiation. Contact us at support@onewiselink.com before initiating any formal legal action. If informal resolution fails after 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or resolved in the courts of Texas, at the Company’s election.

 

13. Modifications to Terms

One Wise Link reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, including changes to the compensation structure described in Section 4. Members will be notified of material changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

14. Termination

One Wise Link reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership account at its discretion for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its members. Upon termination, accrued commissions that have met the minimum withdrawal threshold and are not subject to dispute will be paid out on the regular schedule.
